Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c organic cane sugar/brown sugar/coconut sugar
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla. Add in the sugar and mix.
In another bowl, mix the almond flour, cacao powder and baking soda.
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper
Bake for 18-20 min
