Ingredients
1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 c maple syrup
2 eggs (can sub flax if vegan)
1/3 c coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/4 c almond milk
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir in milk. Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips.
Let batter sit in fridge for 15-20 min (use this time to clean dishes)!
Using cookie scooper, drop cookies onto parchment paper on baking sheet and flatten with rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
Bake at 350F for 15-17 min. Makes 12 cookies.
