Ingredients
1 c oats
1/3 c chia seeds
1/2 c organic PB
1/3 c honey
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1/2 c coconut flakes
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in refrigerator for 30 min. Using a cookie scooper, roll into balls and place on parchment paper and place back in fridge for an additional 30 min. Store in airtight container in fridge.
