preheat oven to 350F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/4 cup organic cane sugar + 1/2 cup brown sugar + 1 tsp vanilla
whisk in 1 egg + 2 tbsp cooled espresso
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking soda
fold in 1 cup dark chocolate chips
press into a lined baking pan (9×9)
bake for 30 min or until golden
glaze: 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp espresso (add more if you’d like it thinner)
