Cut 5 slices of bread into small pieces and add to a small dish.
Which together 4 eggs + 1/4 cup almond milk + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla and pour over bread.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture over the bread.
Bake at 350F for 30 min.
Top with your favorite toppings- maple syrup, fruit, powdered sugar
