Ingredients
1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 c coconut oil (melted and cooled)
1/4 c almond milk
coconut flakes
crushed pecans
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, maple syrup, eggs and oil in a bowl then stir in milk. Fold in desired amount of coconut flakes, pecans and chocolate chips.
Let the batter sit in the fridge for 15-20 min (use this time to wash dishes)! Using cookie scooper, drop onto parchment lined baking sheet and flatten with rubber spatula. Bake at 350F for 15-17 min
