preheat oven to 350F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1/4 cup brown sugar +!1 tsp vanilla
whisk in 1 egg
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda and stir until combined
fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
scoop cookie dough evenly in an oiled mini muffin pan (24 total)
press down center slightly
add 1/2 a marshmallow on top
bake for 14-16 min or until golden
broil for 30-60 sec to roast marshmallow (watch carefully)
