2 eggs
3/4 cup yogurt (I like to use greek yogurt)
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted (or butter)
1/3 cup milk of choice
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup org cane sugar
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips .

Preheat oven to 375F
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, yogurt, oil and milk. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add dry flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir together until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Line a muffin pan with liners & spray lightly with coconut oil
Scoop batter into pan
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (may take longer)
Let cool & enjoy 🙂
