3 boxes phyllo mini tart shells
1 lb lean ground meat
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 onion, diced
1 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
3/4 cup ranch
Salt & pepper
sauté onion until translucent, add in tomatoes and let it sit for 5 min
sauté meat until fully cooked
add in taco seasoning, simmer
add meat to a large bowl and mix in cheese + ranch
line shells in a dish and scoop mixture into each
*(we used the leftovers on top of nachos & made some tacos, or you could just use more shells!)*
bake at 350F for 12 min
serve with guacamole or salsa
