Ingredients
1 c GF flour
1/3 c oats (pulse to make more fine)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 c coconut oil melted
1/2 c nut milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
Let raisins soak in hot water for 10 min to plump
Mix wet to dry and fold in drained raisins. Pour batter into muffin pan and bake for 17 min or until toothpick comes out clean
