shortbread:
mix together 1/2 cup butter (softened) + 1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 cup all purpose flour
press down into a lined dish
bake at 350F for about 20 min (or until golden)
pb fudge:
microwave 1 cup pb + 4 tbsp butter for 30 sec
stir in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk
press down evenly on top of shortbread layer
microwave 1 cup chocolate chips + 1/2 tbsp coconut oil in 30 sec intervals until fully melted
pour over the pb layer and spread evenly
refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars
