recipe—
thaw 1 sheet puff pastry according to package instructions
on a lightly floured surface, flatten just a little with a roller
using a pizza cutter, cut into 16 rectangles and place on a lined baking sheet
score around the border
peaches: cut 3 peaches and slice thinly, mix with 1 tbsp granulated sugar + 1/2 tbsp arrowroot flour + 1 tsp cinnamon
place 2-3 slices on top of each puff pastry rectangle
bake at 400F for 23-25 min or until golden
drizzle with icing (1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk of choice)
