crumb mixture:
combine 1/2 cup dark brown sugar + 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp softened butter
cake:
preheat oven to 350F
mix together 1/2 cup butter + 2/3 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp vanilla
stir in 1/2 cup room temp milk of choice +
whisk in 2 eggs just until combined
add in 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda
spray a bundt cake pan
add 3/4 cup pecans on bottom
layer the crumb mixture & cake batter evenly
(crumb, cake, crumb, cake)
bake for 35-40 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean
maple glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
