preheat oven to 350F
mash 2 ripe bananas and combine with 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
cream together 6 tbsp softened butter + 1/2 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla
whisk in 1 egg
add in 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp baking powder and mix well + 1 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)
pour batter into a lined/oiled bread pan
bake for 55-60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
