mix together 1/4 cup yogurt + 1/4 cup milk + 1/4 cup pumpkin purée + 1/4 cup melted & cooled coconut oil + 1/4 cup maple syrup
add in 1 egg + 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
add in 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder
crumble: 6 tbsp melted & cooled coconut oil + 2/3 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 cup coconut sugar + 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

pour half the batter into a lined 9×9 dish
crumble half the crumble evenly on top
add the other half of the batter and gently spread it over the crumble
crumble the remaining crumble on top
bake at 350F for 45-50 min
optional: drizzle with icing
