1/2 cup pumpkin purée
3/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/3 cup org cane sugar
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 cups org ap flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the pumpkin, milk, egg in a bowl. Add in the sugars.
In another bowl, mix the flour, spice and baking powder.
Add to the wet mixture and mix together.
Scoop evenly in oiled donut pans (makes 12) and bake for 18-20 min.
Maple glaze is powdered sugar + a little almond milk & maple syrup
