preheat oven to 400F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/3 cup organic cane sugar + 1/3 cup brown sugar
mix in 1 15 oz can pumpkin purée + 1/4 cup milk of choice + 2 eggs
in another bowl, mix together 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda
scoop in a lined/oiled muffin pan
in a small bowl mix 2 tbsp org cane sugar + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
sprinkle over each muffin
bake for 5 min, lower temp to 350F and bake for another 20-23 min or until toothpick comes out clean
