pour 2 cups oat flour (or all purpose) into a bowl. add in 2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 cup org cane sugar.
grate/zest in 1/2 cup frozen salted butter.
in a measuring cup, mix together 1/2 cup milk + 1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla + 1/2 tsp almond extract and add to the flour.
mix until the dough can be shaped into a ball and place on a floured surface. add small amounts of flour until it’s no longer sticky.
fold in frozen raspberries
form into a ball and cut into 4 equal pieces
press down each part into a circle and cut into 4 pieces
place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400F for 20 min
glaze: juice from half a lemon + 1/2 cup powdered sugar
