2 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2cups oats
  • 1/3cup dark mini chocolate chipsoptional
Instructions
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl. Add in the oats and mix.
  2. Scoop, roll and flatten slightly on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 14 min. Makes 12
  3. Other add-ins: cinnamon, vanilla, coconut flakes, protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, nuts, dried fruit.
