In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder
In another bowl, stir the maple syrup and cashew butter
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined
Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down lightly with a fork
Bake for 10 minutes
For the chocolate: microwave half a dark chocolate bar of choice + 2 tsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted

Place cookies in refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden
