Pour in sugar, vanilla and almond and cream together
Add in flour (1/2 cup at a time watching for crumbles) and mix well
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
To make shapes: roll out on parchment paper or floured surface and cut out using favorite cookie cutters. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes prior to baking
Or can roll into balls and press down slightly with palm
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges are golden brown
