Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cups
A quick and delicious breakfast that is super easy to prep ahead of time!
Ingredients
  • 3/4cup oats
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1c Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1c diced apples
  • 1 bananamashed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix oats, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl
  3. Add the banana and almond milk and stir
  4. Fold in diced apples
  5. Scoop into a muffin pan (lined or oiled)
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Recipe Notes

Option to make 12 bite sized oatmeal cups by only filling halfway and baking for only 15-17 minutes.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.
