Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 apples thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbsp arrowroot flour can sub cornstarch
- 1 tsp apple pie spice can sub cinnamon
- CRISP:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup pecans crushed
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and pour into a small baking dish
- Add crisp ingredients to another bowl and mix
- Crumble over the apples
- Bake for 35-40 min or until filling is bubbling
