Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl and mash down 3/4 of it into a lined 8×8 dish.
Peel and cut apples into small pieces. Warm in coconut oil over on the stove over low and mash when soft. Add apple pie spice/cinnamon and let it sit for 5 min to thicken.
Let it cool for 15 min and pour evenly over crust layer. Crumble the remaining crust over the top
