Ingredients

white whole wheat flour

baking powder

cinnamon

egg

unsweetened applesauce
2
tbsp
almond milk
1/4

coconut oil
melted and cooled
1/4
cup
honey
2
bananas
mashed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon
In another bowl, whisk the egg, applesauce, almond milk, coconut oil, honey and bananas
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until fully combined
Scoop into oiled/lined muffin pan
Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
