Ingredients
  • 1cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4cup coconut oilmelted and cooled
  • 1/4cup honey
  • 2 bananasmashed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, applesauce, almond milk, coconut oil, honey and bananas
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until fully combined
  5. Scoop into oiled/lined muffin pan
  6. Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
