Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bananamashed
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the banana and egg and add the acv
  4. Mix dry to wet
  5. Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Optional: add blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
  7. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
