Blueberry Scone Cookies
Ingredients

cups
almond flour
3
tbsp
coconut flour
1
egg
1/4
cup
butter
can sub coconut oil
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1/2
tsp
almond extract
can sub vanilla
1/2
cup
blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine well
Fold in blueberries
Scoop, roll and flatten slightly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Optional: sprinkle tops lightly with sugar
Bake for 16 min and broil on low for 1 min
Let cool and enjoy!
