Ingredients
  • 1 dark chocolate bar(80 grams, I used 70%)
  • 3tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4cup almond flour
  • 1tbsp coconut flour
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3cup crushed graham crackers
  • Mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Break the chocolate bar into a microwave safe bowl and warm until melted
  3. Add in the coconut oil and stir
  4. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, cacao powder and coconut flour
  5. In another bowl, whisk the eggs + coconut sugar + maple syrup. Add the melted chocolate + coconut oil
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  7. Scoop into a lined muffin pan (optional: add marshmallows in the middle)
  8. Top with crushed graham crackers and marshmallows
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  10. Let cool in pan before removing
