Chocolate Chip Blondies
These chocolate chip blondies are gooey, sweet and are the perfect healthy dessert! Chocolatey and delicious and take no time to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups almond flour
  • 2tbsp coconut flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2cup coconut sugar
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4cup butter(I used vegan butter)
  • 1/2cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Oil a 8×8 dish (I used coconut oil) and line with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar and cinnamon
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour in the butter and mix together
  5. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well
  6. Fold in chocolate chips
  7. Pour batter into dish and spread evenly using a rubber spatula
  8. Add more chocolate chips on top
  9. Bake for 23-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Store in airtight container in fridge

*Can sub flax eggs if vegan (1 tbsp flax + 2.5 tbsp water = 1 egg)

**Can sub coconut oil for the butter
