Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and vanilla
- Add in the flour, sugar and baking soda and mix until fully combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Scoop into mini muffin tray and top with more chocolate chips
- Bake for 14-16 min and enjoy!
