Ingredients
- 2 cups org all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup org cane sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cream the sugar + coconut oil + almond milk + vanilla
- Beat in the egg
- In another bowl, mix together the flour + baking powder + cinnamon
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir
- Spoon evenly into oiled donut pans (makes 12)
- Sprinkle a sugar/cinnamon mixture over each donut
- Bake for 17-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
- Optional but not optional: glaze/icing!!
