Ingredients

plain greek yogurt

org cane sugar/coconut sugar

maple syrup

almond milk/milk of choice

coconut oil

all purpose flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the egg, sugar, maple syrup, yogurt almond milk and coconut oil.
In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Add to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
Cinnamon sugar mixture: 1/4 cup organic cane sugar + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon. Add more cinnamon if you prefer!
Add 1/3 batter to a lined/oiled pan and sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar evenly on top. Repeat 2 more times.
Bake for 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean! Oven times vary, may take longer.
Drizzle with icing (milk + powdered sugar) and enjoy!
