Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3cup org cane sugar/coconut sugar
  • 1/3cup maple syrup
  • 1/2cup almond milk/milk of choice
  • 1/3cup coconut oilmelted
  • 2cups all purpose flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix together the egg, sugar, maple syrup, yogurt almond milk and coconut oil.
  3. In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Add to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
  5. Cinnamon sugar mixture: 1/4 cup organic cane sugar + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon. Add more cinnamon if you prefer!
  6. Add 1/3 batter to a lined/oiled pan and sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar evenly on top. Repeat 2 more times.
  7. Bake for 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean! Oven times vary, may take longer.
  8. Drizzle with icing (milk + powdered sugar) and enjoy!
