Cinnamon Toast Crunch Banana Bread

mashed ripe bananas

almond milk

oil of choice
(coconut, applesauce, avocado, butter/ghee), melted/softened

coconut sugar
(can sub brown sugar or reg sugar)

gluten free all purpose flour/reg AP flour

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cream oil + coconut sugar in a bowl.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix well.
Mash in bananas
In another bowl, mix together flour and baking soda and add to wet ingredients
Stir until fully combined
Cinnamon crumble: 2 tbsp melted coconut oil + 3 tbsp flour + 6 tbsp org cane sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon
Pour into oiled/lined bread pan, crumble cinnamon mixture evenly on top and bake for 50-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean
