Ingredients

can sub regular all purpose flour

grass fed butter
softened

organic cane sugar

coconut sugar
can sub brown sugar

runny organic peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, microwave the butter for 30 sec to soften it
Add the sugars and cream together. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix just until combined.
Stir in the peanut butter and set aside
In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined
Refrigerate for 30 min (dishes time)!
Scoop and roll onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Flatten with fork to make criss cross pattern
Bake for 12 minutes and let cool
