Ingredients
3/4
cup
almond flour
1/3
cup
coconut flour
2
tbsp
organic cane sugar
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1/4
cup
coconut oil
melted
Optional: splash of almond extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Roll batter into a tight ball and place fridge for 30 minutes
Spread batter over a floured surface or between 2 sheets of parchment paper
Cut out cookies and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
Refrigerate for 15 min
Bake for 8 minutes at 350F/longer if making bigger cookies
Let cool before decorating
Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1-2 tbsp almond milk
