Ingredients
  • 3/4cup almond flour
  • 1/3cup coconut flour
  • 2tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 1/4cup coconut oilmelted
  • Optional: splash of almond extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Roll batter into a tight ball and place fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Spread batter over a floured surface or between 2 sheets of parchment paper
  5. Cut out cookies and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  6. Refrigerate for 15 min
  7. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F/longer if making bigger cookies
  8. Let cool before decorating
  9. Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1-2 tbsp almond milk
