Instructions
  1. Cut up veggies of choice: pepper, tomato, broccoli, onion, spinach
  2. Whisk 5 eggs + garlic salt + pepper in a measuring cup
  3. Add veggies to a well oiled muffin pan to fill 6 cups
  4. Evenly fill each cup with the egg mixture
  5. Top with shredded cheese
  6. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes
