Instructions
Cut up veggies of choice: pepper, tomato, broccoli, onion, spinach
Whisk 5 eggs + garlic salt + pepper in a measuring cup
Add veggies to a well oiled muffin pan to fill 6 cups
Evenly fill each cup with the egg mixture
Top with shredded cheese
Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes
