Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 15.5oz can chickpeasrinsed and peeled
  • 1/4tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin
  • 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3cup tahini
  • 1tbsp ice cold water
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1tsp minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve with crackers or vegetables of choice
  4. Store in airtight container in fridge
