Healthy Banana Bread (oil free, dairy free)
Ingredients
  • 1cup bananasmashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 3/4cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, applesauce and maple syrup
  3. Add in the flour, baking soda and powder and salt and mix well
  4. Pour the batter into an oiled or lined bread pan and top with dark chocolate chips (optional)
  5. Bake for 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean
