Healthy Banana Bread (oil free, dairy free)

unsweetened applesauce

maple syrup

whole wheat flour

baking soda

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, applesauce and maple syrup
Add in the flour, baking soda and powder and salt and mix well
Pour the batter into an oiled or lined bread pan and top with dark chocolate chips (optional)
Bake for 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean
