Healthy Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1/4cup grass fed buttersoftened
  • 1/2cup coconut sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and turn on some music (v important step)
  2. Cream together the coconut sugar and butter
  3. Add in the vanilla and egg
  4. Combine the flour & baking powder to the wet mixture and mix
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips
  6. Refrigerate for 30 min
  7. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 min
  8. Enjoy!!
