Ingredients
  • 1 3/4cup almond flour
  • 2tbsp coconut flour
  • 1tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1 bananamashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 1cup canned pumpkin puree
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, spice and baking powder
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the mashed banana
  4. Add in the maple syrup and pumpkin puree and mix well
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until full combined
  6. Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake for 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
  8. Optional add ins: nuts, chocolate chips, collagen
