Ingredients
- 1 dark chocolate bar cut up 3 oz
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c cacao powder
- 1 c cassava flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mini marshmallows ~ 3/4 cup
- dark chocolate chips ~ 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Microwave the dark chocolate and coconut oil for 30 sec and mix until fully melted
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla
- Add in the chocolate and mix well
- Sift in the cacao powder, cassava flour, baking soda and salt
- Fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and using oiled hands roll into a ball
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, let cool & enjoy! 🙂
