- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop and roll onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 12 min and broil on low for 1 minute.
- Makes 16. Store in airtight container in fridge
