Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together coconut oil + egg + maple syrup. Mix in coconut sugar.
- Add in almond flour + baking powder and stir.
- Pour in crushed pecans.
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 12-14 min
- Glaze is powdered sugar + maple syrup + almond milk.
