Ingredients

white whole wheat flour

baking soda

coconut oil
melted

egg

coconut sugar
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1/2

crushed pecans
toast at 350F for 7 min for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
In another bowl, cream the coconut oil/butter with the coconut sugar.
Beat in the egg and maple syrup
Add the flour mixture to the wet and mix thoroughly
Fold in pecans
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
Scoop and roll onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
Flatten with palm and top with more pecans
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown
