Ingredients
- 1/4 cup GF oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup pecans

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- Form into small balls (I wet my hands a little with warm water because it was sticky)
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes
