Marbled Banana Bread

mashed ripe bananas

almond milk

vanilla

oil of choice
(coconut, applesauce, avocado, butter/ghee), melted/softened

cup
coconut sugar
can sub brown sugar or reg sugar

cups
gluten free all purpose flour/reg AP flour

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cream oil + coconut sugar in a bowl.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix well.
Mash in bananas
In another bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
Split up the wet batter evenly into 2 separate bowls.
Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to one bowl and stir
Add 2 tbsp cacao powder to the other half of the flour mixture and add to the second bowl of wet mixture and stir
Pour into oiled/lined bread pan and bake for 50-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean
