Marbled Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • 1cup mashed ripe bananasabout 3
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4cup almond milk
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/2cup oil of choice(coconut, applesauce, avocado, butter/ghee), melted/softened
  • 2/3cup coconut sugarcan sub brown sugar or reg sugar
  • 2cups gluten free all purpose flour/reg AP flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cream oil + coconut sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix well.
  4. Mash in bananas
  5. In another bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
  6. Split up the wet batter evenly into 2 separate bowls.
  7. Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to one bowl and stir
  8. Add 2 tbsp cacao powder to the other half of the flour mixture and add to the second bowl of wet mixture and stir
  9. Pour into oiled/lined bread pan and bake for 50-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean
