Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4cup yogurtgreek or coconut milk yogurt
  • 3tbsp coconut oilmelted (can sub butter)
  • 1/3cup milk
  • 1 3/4cup all purpose flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2cup organic cane sugar
  • 2cups frozen berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, yogurt, oil and milk.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  4. Add dry flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir together until fully combined.
  5. Fold in berries.
  6. Line a muffin pan with liners & spray lightly with coconut oil
  7. Scoop batter to fill all 12 cups
  8. Bake for 25-27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  9. Let cool & enjoy 🙂
