Ingredients
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups crispy cereal of choice
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate or 1 chocolate bar
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Add pb, maple syrup and vanilla to a pot and bring to a slight boil (watch for small bubbles). Immediately lower heat and whisk until fully mixed.
- Take off heat and add crispies.
- Using a rubber spatula, mix until crispies are coated with pb mixture.
- Press into a lined 9x9 pan.
- Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil for 30-40 sec or until fully melted.
- Pour over the crispies and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting
