Ingredients

GF oats

ground flax

chia seeds

cup
honey
1/3
cup
nut butter
3/4
cup
freeze dried strawberries
roughly crushed
Instructions
Add oats, flaxseed and chia seeds to a bowl and stir together
Pour in honey and nut butter and mix until fully combined
Fold in strawberries
Using a cookie scooper, scoop on a small piece of parchment paper and roll into a ball (parchment paper prevents it from sticking to hands)
Place in a container or a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to eating
Store in airtight container in fridge
