Nut Butter Berry Superfood Balls

Ingredients
  • 1cup GF oats
  • 1/4cup ground flax
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3cup honey
  • 1/3cup nut butter
  • 3/4cup freeze dried strawberriesroughly crushed
Instructions
  1. Add oats, flaxseed and chia seeds to a bowl and stir together
  2. Pour in honey and nut butter and mix until fully combined
  3. Fold in strawberries
  4. Using a cookie scooper, scoop on a small piece of parchment paper and roll into a ball (parchment paper prevents it from sticking to hands)
  5. Place in a container or a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to eating
  6. Store in airtight container in fridge
