Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup oats
  • 1/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3cup almond milk
  • 2tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 datespitted & chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Press down into an 9×9 lined/oiled dish.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  4. Let cool, cut and enjoy!
